Before expiry
In the client area open Domains → manage the name. Enable auto-renew so an invoice is generated in time, or pay a manual renewal from that screen.
We email reminders to the account address on file. Keep that address current.
After expiry
- There is usually a short grace period when you can still renew at the normal price.
- After grace, the name can enter redemption. Restoring it costs extra and is not guaranteed.
- Once it is released, anyone can register it.
Domain fees are not refundable once submitted to the registry. See the Refund Policy.
