Where to find our nameservers
They are listed in the hosting welcome email and on the service in the client area. We do not publish a single pair here because accounts can be on different platforms. Copy them exactly.
At the registrar
- Log in where the domain is registered (Danets, another registrar, or your old host).
- Find nameserver / DNS management for that domain.
- Replace the old nameservers with ours (usually two hostnames, sometimes four).
- Save. Propagation is often minutes; allow up to 24–48 hours.
If you cannot change nameservers
Leave DNS at the current provider and create an A record for @ and www to the IP shown in cPanel. Mail will stay with whoever holds the MX records — update MX if you want cPanel email.
Lower TTL a day before a planned move. Keep the old hosting paid until you have confirmed the site and mail on the new IP. See Setting up DNS records.
