1. Agreement
By ordering or using services from Danets Server, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and applicable Service Level Agreement.
2. Services
We provide web hosting, domains, email, VPS, dedicated and related digital infrastructure. Features and limits are described on the plan pages at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice.
3. Billing
Fees are charged in Naira (or displayed USD equivalent) via Paystack, Flutterwave or WHMCS. Renewals are invoiced before the end of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, lawful use of services, accurate contact details and maintaining backups of critical data beyond any backups we provide.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danets Server is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim.
