What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paystack and Flutterwave, covering Nigerian debit/credit cards (Verve, Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, USSD and mobile money (OPay, PalmPay, Kuda and more). USD cards and PayPal are also supported via Flutterwave. All payments are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
Can I pay via bank transfer or USSD?
Yes. At checkout, choose Flutterwave and select Bank Transfer or USSD. You'll get a unique account number or USSD code (e.g. *737#) to complete payment. Hosting usually activates within minutes of confirmation.
Do you issue invoices and receipts?
Every payment generates a WHMCS invoice and PDF receipt, emailed to you and stored in your client portal. VAT is included in displayed prices. Registered Nigerian businesses can request a tax-compliant invoice by opening a billing ticket after payment.
How do renewals work?
Hosting renews on your billing cycle (monthly, yearly or biennial). You'll receive email reminders 14, 7 and 1 day before renewal. You can disable auto-renew, change your cycle or update your payment method anytime in the client portal. Domain renewals follow NIRA/ICANN rules with reminders 60 and 30 days before expiry.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is what you pay — taxes included. No setup fees, no migration fees, no SSL fees and no backup fees on standard plans. Optional add-ons like premium TLDs or a dedicated IP are clearly labelled at checkout.
What if a payment fails?
If payment fails, your order stays pending and nothing is provisioned. You can retry from the checkout page or pay the open invoice in your client portal. Contact billing support if funds were deducted but the service wasn't activated — we'll resolve it quickly.
Can I get a refund after the money-back window?
Outside the 30-day guarantee, refunds are handled case by case (e.g. duplicate charges or provisioning errors). Unused time on cancelled services is generally non-refundable, but we'll always review fair requests via a billing ticket.
