Upgrading your hosting plan

Upgrade or downgrade from the client area. Upgrades are prorated and keep your files in place.

Log in to the client area.
Open the service → Upgrade/Downgrade.
Pick the new package and complete payment for any prorated difference.

Shared and WordPress upgrades usually apply without moving files. Moving from shared to VPS is a migration (new server, new IP) — use the migration form or a ticket.

Downgrades that drop below your current disk or inode use will be blocked until you free space.
