Windows RDP plans give you a remote desktop on Windows Server. You need the public IP, a username (often Administrator) and the password from the welcome email.
Windows PC
- Open Remote Desktop Connection (
mstsc). - Computer: the server IP. Connect.
- Enter the username and password. Accept the certificate warning on first connect if the name does not match yet.
macOS
Install Microsoft Remote Desktop from the App Store, add a PC with the IP, and save the account.
After you log in
- Change the Administrator password.
- Install only software you need; this is a full Windows server, not a shared PC.
- Do not disable the firewall without allowing RDP (3389) from addresses you trust.
RDP money-back window is 7 days — see the Refund Policy and RDP plans.
