The clock starts on the paid order date. Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are not refundable once sent to the registry.
Request it
- Sign in to My Account and open the paid order that is still inside the window.
- Submit a refund request with a short reason.
- Or open a billing ticket with your DS- reference.
We refund to the original payment method where Paystack or Flutterwave allows; otherwise we issue account credit. The service is suspended or terminated when a refund is approved — take a backup first.
