At checkout
- Choose Paystack on the order page (Flutterwave is also available).
- Complete 3D Secure or the bank/USSD prompt.
- Wait for the success page. Shared, WordPress and VPS usually provision in under a minute.
Keep the order reference (DS-…). You can sign in to My Account on this site with that reference, or use the WHMCS client area for invoices.
If payment succeeds but hosting is not live
Refresh the success page, check email (including spam), then open a ticket with the DS- reference. Do not pay a second time until we confirm the first charge.
Refunds follow the product window in the Refund Policy — they go back to the original Paystack channel where the gateway allows.
