Is It Down?
Check whether any website is up right now — HTTP status code, response time and server software in one click, from outside your own network.
Why "down for everyone or just me?" happens
Half of all site-down panics are local: your ISP's DNS cache, your office router, or your browser holding a stale connection. This tool checks the site from our servers in Abuja — a completely different network path. If it reports the site online while your browser can't reach it, the problem is between you and the site: flush your DNS, try another network, or wait out the cache. If it reports an error code too, the site genuinely has a problem.
The status code matters as much as up-or-down. 200 is healthy; 5xx errors mean the server itself is failing; 502/504 often indicate an overloaded origin or a stalled PHP worker. Response time is a rough health signal too — a normally-snappy site suddenly taking 5 seconds is worth investigating before customers notice. Hosting with us? Our status page shows platform-wide health, and our team is paged automatically for incidents.
